Upper Valley residents enjoy the cool water at Gallegos Memorial Park Pool.
Families were evident as Mom's played with the toddlers and kids in the cool blue water on a very hot and mostly cloudy Sunday afternoon. The pool was very lively with the sound of kids laughing and shouting.
There were plenty of kids enjoying the water slide. One after another they climb up the ladder and descend the slippery slide into the cool landing. Some try to gain more speed while some of the younger kids are satisfied to survive the trip and hold their nose before hitting the water.
