With so much rain falling on our region this season you would think that there would have been plenty of great lightning shows. But, that wasn't the case.

With the exception of a few big lightning bolt sporatically landing either near you or miles away; there just was more rain than show.

We did find some shots far off in the distance over the West Mesa from El Paso's Upper Valley and some make a very subtle impression of what up close would have been probably pretty terrifying.
