ohn Cook won re-election to the post of Mayor for another four years as he faced and overwhelmed a group of seven trying to take the reins of a city that some say is in crisis and appaently others who think everything is just hunky dory.
Gus Haddad supported by the builders of El Paso came in second but fell easily to a teflon mayor.
